Due to the nature of our digital products and personalized services, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we begin working on your personalized report immediately. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Why No Refunds?

- • Digital products cannot be returned once delivered

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
Report Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your report within 48 hours, please contact us at support@astroformer.com and we will ensure delivery or regenerate your report at no additional cost.
Accuracy of Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place). Reports generated with incorrect information will not be eligible for refund or free regeneration.
